Avocados Accommodation Terms & Conditions
The registered guest must be over 18 years of age. Photo identification and a valid credit card will be required for all bookings. This is to be supplied at the time of booking and on collection of the key.
2. Alterations and Cancellations
Any change/cancellation to a booking less than 72 hours prior to arrival (2pm Check In) will result in full payment being retained.
No Shows will result in full payment being retained.
If bookings are changed/cancelled less than 30 days prior to arrival, a 20% cancellation
fee will be charged.
Where the booking dates are cancelled in part or full, the following fees will apply
dependant on notice provided;
Less than 72 hours prior to 2pm Check In time: Full payment retained.
All weekend and busy period cancellations incur 20% cancellation fees regardless of time
Bookings cancelled mid-way during the stay will not receive a refund.
3. Special Circumstances
If government restrictions do not allow for a guest to physically travel to the hotel, applicable bookings may be transferred to an alternative date (subject to availability) without the application of transfer or cancellation fees.
4. Credit Card Surety
It is a condition of sale that the occupant provides a valid credit card and agrees to any cost for which they are liable under the occupancy to be levied against the credit card.
5. Room Conditions
If the room is left in a state that requires extra cleaning, the nominated card will be charged a minimum $100 cleaning fee, greater if carpets and chattels require professional servicing.
Breakages: Guests are to report all breakages to the front desk. Guest may be responsible for the cost of replacing or fixing any items that have broken during their stay, excluding general wear and tear.
A $100 pet bond is required for bookings with pets, if your room needs extra cleaning due to your pet, this bond will be retained. This additional fee is payable directly to the hotel upon arrival.
Smoking in the rooms will incur a $200 cleaning fee.
Lost or stolen keys will result in a $250 fee.
The room is to be occupied by no more than the scheduled number of people, dictated by
provided beds, plus one portacot if required. Whilst guests are welcome, they must vacate by midnight.
6. Other Terms & Conditions
Anti-social behaviour: Avocados respectfully asks that noise is kept to a minimum, please note anti-social and/or aggressive behaviour, will not be tolerated and any such behaviour will result in person/persons being asked to immediately vacate the premises. If deemed necessary, police assistance will be sought. Any such instances will result in the booking immediately being cancelled and accommodation funds will not be refundable, any damages will be payable by the registered guest.
Check In time is strictly 2pm and Check Out is 10am the morning of departure. Early Check in and Late Check out can be requested at time of booking and is subject to availability and will incur an extra fee.
Noise restrictions come into place after 11pm; Music is to be turned off and noise kept to a minimum.
7. Manor House Upstairs Apartment Bookings
A Non-Refundable 30% deposit must be paid when the booking is made to confirm the booking.
Full payment of the Manor House Upstairs Apartment must be made 28 days before arrival.
Cancellation can be made up to 28 days before arrival; the 30% deposit will be retained.
Once full payment is made on the house, the entire booking is non-refundable.
No smoking allowed in the Manor House, smoking is only allowed on the balcony only. A
cleaning fee of $200 per room will be charged if smoking occurs inside.
No food or drink is to be consumed on beds or lounge furniture, cleaning fees will apply.
